1. Use of the Website & Platforms
By accessing this website or engaging Vankaal’s software systems, you agree to use our digital assets lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, security, or network availability.
2. Services Provision
Vankaal provides enterprise autonomous technology solutions, AI-enabled services, workflow automation pipelines, system integrations, and software products as described on this website or in an applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate operational information, maintaining secure access credentials, ensuring lawful rights to data submitted for model ingestion, and adhering to applicable commercial laws.
4. AI Outputs & Human Oversight
AI-generated outputs, automated reports, and predictive forecasts should be reviewed in accordance with standard business controls. AI outputs do not constitute licensed legal, accounting, investment, medical, or statutory tax advice.
5. Third-Party Integrations & APIs
Certain solutions interface with third-party ERP platforms (SAP, Tally, Zoho), telecommunication carriers, cloud hosts, or payment rails. System uptime and API policies of those third-party providers may govern data availability.
6. Intellectual Property
Vankaal retains all proprietary rights, title, and interest in its autonomous software, underlying models (including FINAI), proprietary code, and brand trademarks, except where explicitly transferred under written contract.
7. Confidentiality & Customer Data
Customer enterprise data, ERP records, and transaction logs remain strictly confidential and will be handled according to the applicable MSA and Privacy Policy.
8. Availability & Liability Limitations
Service level guarantees (SLAs), operational uptime commitments, and liability limitations are defined within individual enterprise service contracts.
9. Termination & Suspension
Access to developer APIs or autonomous pipelines may be suspended or terminated for material contract breach, security risks, or unauthorized network tampering.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws applicable to the specific Vankaal contracting entity, subject to formal arbitration in Bangalore, India or Dubai, UAE.
